- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the warehouse address we have provided.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization – Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
